About Robo Kids Squad

Where Curious Kids Become Creators

We’re a Miami-based, bilingual STEM enrichment team bringing robotics, coding and creative technology to schools across Miami-Dade and Broward.

How it started

Our Story

Robo Kids Squad turns STEM into play. We started with a simple belief: every kid deserves to feel the thrill of building something that actually works.

That moment when a robot rolls forward for the first time, or a few lines of code make a character jump, changes how a child sees themselves. We saw it again and again teaching robotics enrichment in South Florida schools. When children get their hands on real tools, they lean in. Shy kids start explaining their ideas. Restless kids focus. Classmates become teammates. Technology stops being something they only watch on a screen and becomes something they create.

So we built Robo Kids Squad around that spark. We designed age-based programs for children from 2 to 14, created a friendly squad of robot characters — Codi, Chip, Turbo and Nova — to guide every lesson, and made it easy for schools to say yes by bringing everything to them: the curriculum, the robots, the devices and the instructor.

Today we bring robotics, coding and creativity to schools and families across Miami-Dade and Broward, in English and in Spanish — one curious squad at a time.

Our Mission

Make technology hands-on, joyful and accessible to every child.

We want every child — whatever their background, language or experience — to discover that they can build, code and invent. Our classes grow confidence first, because a child who believes “I can figure this out” carries that into every subject and every year that follows.

Along the way, kids practice the skills the future will ask of them: problem-solving, teamwork, creativity, persistence and clear communication.

Our Vision

A generation of young creators who don’t just use technology — they imagine it, build it and improve it.

We picture South Florida classrooms full of kids who see a problem and think, “I could build something for that.” Kids who are comfortable with robots, code and digital tools, and who use them with curiosity, kindness and purpose.

We’re here to help raise the inventors, engineers, artists and entrepreneurs who will shape our community’s future — starting with their very first robot.

Our Philosophy

We start with “what if?”

What if this robot could dance? What if we coded a game? Every class begins with a question kids want to answer — and these beliefs shape how we teach.

  • Kids learn by doing

Every class is hands-on. Kids build, test, tinker, fix and try again — and mistakes are part of the fun.

  • Play is serious learning

Games, stories and challenges turn big ideas like sequencing, logic and engineering into something kids can’t wait to try.

  • STEM is for every kid

Girls and boys, ages 2 to 14, every background and every learning style. No experience needed — just curiosity.

  • Bilingual by design

Classes in English and Spanish, so every child feels at home and families feel included. ¡Hablamos Español!

  • The right challenge at every age

Mini Bots, Junior Coders and Tech Explorers grow with your child, so every lesson stretches them without overwhelming them.

  • Confidence first

We celebrate effort and creativity, so kids leave every class proud of what they made — and excited to come back.

Playful and welcoming, Codi helps our youngest builders discover technology through play.

  • Chip, the Robo Kids Squad mascotChipLeads the Junior Coders

Creative and logical, Chip guides kids through coding, robotics and digital projects.

  • Turbo, the Robo Kids Squad mascotTurboLeads the Tech Explorers

High-energy and hands-on, Turbo powers older students through real coding and builds.

  • Nova, the Robo Kids Squad mascotNovaThe Scientist

Always asking “why?”, Nova sparks discovery and experiments across the whole squad.

Why We Exist

Because a 7-year-old who builds a robot today becomes the problem-solver our world needs tomorrow.

We’re here to hand them the first screwdriver — and make grown-ups feel great about it.

Technology will shape almost every job our kids will ever have. We believe every child in South Florida deserves an early, joyful start with it — not only kids at schools with big budgets, or kids who already speak the language of tech. When we bring the robots to your campus, we’re opening a door. What children build next is up to them.
